How to build a CPA network

We previously published fragments of this conversation on Palai Media, LinkedIn and Instagram. Now it's time to show the full story of LeadCore (EnsoTraffic) creation: how the affiliate program was built, how the production of nutrients was launched during the war, and how the internal call centre and buying departments were formed. Only here you will find all the details of the project launch in real conditions, without embellishments and general phrases.

The material will be useful for webmasters, affiliates, media buying teams, and beginners who want to understand how affiliate business works in the niche. Here you will find real insights, experience of launching your own gut offers, and tips that will help you achieve results in nutra arbitrage faster.

From barista to analyst: how to get started in arbitration

A few years ago, Vlad was working as a barista and delivering baked goods, looking for himself and new opportunities. He accidentally came across a traffic arbitrage course and decided to take a chance – he applied for a credit card and paid for the training. His first attempts were difficult, but his interest in the field only grew. In this interview, which was previously published in fragments and is now available in full, Vlad recalls:

I realised that I wanted to work in digital. Arbitration gave me a chance to enter this field even without much experience.

After graduation, Vlad joined the team as an analyst, where he dealt with basic tasks: analysing traffic, lead quality, and testing connections. Eventually, he was noticed and invited to become an assistant to the Head of Analytics.

When nutra instincts became a choice: creating a LeadCore (EnsoTraffic) affiliate programme

Working as an analyst in someone else's structure gave me an understanding of the processes, but deprived me of the opportunity to influence the result. This was the main motivation to create my own affiliate, where everything depended on the team, not external circumstances. The first steps were not easy: I had to set up the CRM system myself, test connections and fight for every lead. We were consistently getting 20-30 leads a day, and this became the basis for our first conclusions and plans.

The first difficulties Vlad faced:

  • CRM had to be set up manually without ready-made solutions; traffic volumes were very unstable;

  • the lack of an internal product created dependence on third-party suppliers;

  • the company was able to maintain its profitability only by controlling the quality of leads;

  •  there was a constant lack of tools to optimise processes.

The idea of launching our own nutra offer was born when it became obvious that it would be impossible to build a strong and stable affiliate programme without our own product. Full control over quality, working conditions, and finances opened up new opportunities for growth.

CPA network in time of war: investments, expenses, first fruits

Launching a CPA network during the war seemed almost unrealistic, but the EnsoTraffic team decided to take a chance. To get started, they gathered all available resources, attracted personal savings, and formed the first partners. The initial investment was about $10,000, which was spent on setting up processes, a CRM system, launching offers, and building the basic infrastructure.

Back then, there were no guarantees that everything would work out. But we knew one thing: if you build the processes inside correctly, you can develop your CPA network even under fire.

What we managed to implement at the start:

  • organise a team and set up an internal work system;

  • attract the first web visitors and launch leads through CRM;

  • reach a volume of 100-150 leads per day within a few weeks;

  • optimise the sales funnel to increase upsell;

  • achieve profitability in less than six months.

Thanks to a clear strategy and development, the CPA network was able to gain a foothold in the market even in the crisis and lay the foundation for further scaling.

Nutra production in Ukraine: certification, specifications, ingredients

Starting a gut production facility in Ukraine is a challenge that requires not only a willingness but also a deep understanding of the certification and technical specifications (TS) development processes. Each product is tested in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health, and the development of one technical specification costs from $800. It is a serious approach to quality that has allowed us to build a basis for stable work of our partners, ensuring trust in each nutra-product.

We initially focused on certification. It is important for us that each product has official confirmation of conformity – without this, there is no point in moving forward in our strategy.

EnsoTraffic is convinced that in order affiliate Ukraine programmes to work at a high level, it is necessary to fully control the production of the content of offers. That is why all products are created according to clear standards, tested for compliance with regulations, and undergo several stages of internal control before being launched into advertising campaigns.

Call centre for 80 people: structure, control, quality

At affiliate nutra EnsoTraffic, the call centre team has become one of the key elements of stable uptake and growth. In total, the structure employs more than 80 operators who undergo mandatory training before starting work. Newcomers learn sales scripts, the psychology of communicating with clients and quality standards for processing applications. Regular call listening and clear performance metrics allow us to quickly identify weaknesses and continuously improve conversion rates.

We don't just take calls. We systematically teach how to sell, build trust and close deals as cleanly and efficiently as possible.

Thanks to the strong training of operators and constant work on quality, the affiliate maintains a high average apr with the support of an efficient call centre. Each new offer is accompanied by updated scripts and adaptation to the specifics of the product, which gives webmasters more confidence in stable results.

What do they give to webmasters: bonuses, upsells, copywriting, support

EnsoTraffic aims not only to provide offers, but also to help websites earn more money.For this purpose, a team of copywriters works inside the affiliate gut office to prepare high-quality content for each offer for free. Call centre scripts are optimised separately to increase the conversion rate already at the stage of lead processing. And for those who want to increase their income, we offer special upsells and personalised terms of cooperation.

To support webmasters, affiliate Ukraine EnsoTraffic has a bonus system: you can receive additional payments for stable traffic and large volumes of leads. Managers are always in touch, helping to optimise traffic and quickly resolve any issues. Thanks to this approach, websites feel real support and can focus on the main thing – growing their revenues.

Internal buying and local arbitration teams

Understanding the importance of controlling traffic quality, EnsoTraffic has created its own buying department. Internal buyers work with local arbitrage teams in Ukraine, which allows them to quickly test new offers and scale the best connections. This approach allows us to maintain a stable inventory and better adapt advertising strategies to real market conditions. Our in-house traffic buying department also helps us analyse campaign performance in more depth and make prompt adjustments.

Based on its own experience, the EnsoTraffic team has created an environment where affiliate arbitrage works in full conjunction with internal traffic. This allows websites to receive support from experienced media buyers, quickly find effective connections and minimise risks. Local arbitrage teams that cooperate with the network receive not only offers but also real help in optimising campaigns to achieve better ROI.

Competition in the affiliate market: how to win the fight for the web?

The market for affiliate programs is becoming increasingly dense, and to retain webmasters, you need to not only offer good offers but actually help them earn money. In the face of competition, gut arbitration requires full transparency, flexible terms, and constant support from affiliates. EnsoTraffic understands that the main thing is not the number of offers, but the quality of work with each partner. It is thanks to this approach that the network has been able to build long-term relationships with websites and teams.

To win the battle for the web, it is important to offer more than a standard set of terms and conditions. EnsoTraffic focuses on individual support, assistance in traffic optimisation, and the introduction of new tools for scaling. The emphasis is on real support, not just on offline numbers, which is why websites stay and continue to develop their projects together with the network.

Bonus for readers – +$150 for 50 après

To thank those who actively work and develop with EnsoTraffic, the team has prepared a special bonus. All new websites that show results in the first month can get a nice financial reward of $150. The conditions are simple and accessible even for those who are just starting out in arbitrage.

What you need to do to get the bonus:

  • register as an EnsoTraffic affiliate;

  • to drive traffic to the guts of the offer;

  • reach 50 confirmed upsells.

This offer is a great opportunity to get off to a good start in gut arbitration, receive additional rewards, and build stable cooperation with a reliable partner network.
